HealthEsys lays the foundation for a computer-assisted patient-centric prognosis for prediction, detection, prevention and early intervention of disease development. It will provide guidelines for preventive and managed care based on detailed longitudinal medical history mapped over the current medical condition of the customer. It will allow long-term managed care of chronic conditions of an aging population from several specialists to work effectively with the prognosis engine.
